Unless you are talking about only filtering out illegal websites, which you are not, then back the hell off. It is not up to government in this country to monitor what children view on the internet. It is up to their parents. Any type of censorship from government on this level, even with the best of intentions (which I do not believe this is) is setting far too dangerous a precedent this country wants to see.
