Black Adder

I am perplexed as to how you can attempt to underline the importance of a digital economy, particularly reliant on the internet, when you are currently attempting to filter all of the information passed through it to Australia? If your goal is to nurture the digital economy, then the activities 'personal dialogue' and 'information gathering' you refer to, should be allowed some form of fredom of speech; as it is impossible to gather information effectively, if a 3rd party is filtering your data. How does the content filtering which you are due to test relate to your goal of protecting the digital economy?
