Nice objective: stop people seeing what they shouldn't on the web. Trouble is the instrument is blunt and will kill the web for Australian users. The web economy is critical to Australia's economy. It won't work if censored. So the alternative is to show respect to the people of Australia and let them make their own decisions about what they will watch on the web. If it's illegal book 'em.
