My blueprint would be 1) Cheap, fast, widespread wireless internet. 2) No filters. 3) Open Standards. 4) Adequate IT Education for children. 5) Open Source Software. OLPC would fit 3,4 & 5 NBN and dropping the filters project is in the minister's hands and should fix 1 & 2.
