If the government is at all serious about a digital economy it should drop the pointless push to install mandatory censorship proxies. Bad enough we are the laughing stock of the world for such a backward policy - demonstrating our government has little understanding of how the Internet works - but the filters will hamper network performance and result in numerous 'false positive' incorrectly blocked sites.

Family First supporters can install their own censor software, let's leave the rest of the net alone.
