Why spend a fortune on speeding up the internet, when you then slow it down again with filters? Do you guys really know what you're doing? This is just like the great Firewall of China, except it's being imposed on us by an Australian government. And where do you (or some future despot) stop? Will you start filtering stuff that's critical of the government? The "People's Republic of Oz" is closer than I thought. It's imperfect anyway - The smart ones among us will be able to get around it via VPN, SSL or Proxies. So you'll end up stuffing us all around, for something that won't work anyway. Sounds like a white elephant out of "The Hollow Men" or "Yes Minister".
