Sir, You are ignorant of the modern age. What you propose is not viable and can be worked around very quickly. As minister for communications etc, you should at least understand the ramifications of what this will do this proposal means, it is very obvious especially when questioned over it, that you lack knowledge.

Peer 2 Peer will simple get around any of the black listings that you make. I would rather you spent more time and effort in catching the perverts rather than punishing the majority of people. This is what is happening, your choice (cause it is not ours, you've taken that away), punishes us with slower broadband speeds. We already have a third world access to the internet, please don't make it worse.
