For obvious freeasons that most educated people should already know, Internet Content Filtering (like many other child rearing duties) should be performed at a PARENT level and not by BIG BROTHER.

Pre-emptive actions toward protecting our children is the first step in setting a precedent toward total control, and you should all know what that means. Why not make available 'FREE' software that parents, organisation, instituations etc... can obtain through FREEDOM OF CHOICE?
