Surely, if the need and demand for an ISP based content filter were so high, then surely in this free market capitalist environment there would already be an ISP that specialises in providing 'family friendly' internet connections.

Then again I guess maybe the whole five people in the country who want the filter wouldn't be enough to make that plan viable.
