I think this is a good step forward. Especially given the the voting public's view that the government has been taking a lot of steps backwards in the area of the digital economy (especially the cleanfeed). Hopefully this is just part of a suite of policies that aim to foster our rather infant online economy. Maybe one day we will be a first world e-economy.
