When does the Minister plan to respond to the questions directed at him in the Senate in regard to the proposed ISP filter?

Perhaps the answers to those questions are too embarrassing?

If the Minister is truly concerned about the Digital Economy, he would at least be giving clear and precise answers to those questions, to give Australian citizens and businesses a little certainty about what exactly is proposed and how it will impact on them.

I challenge the Minister to discuss these matters openly with the anti-filter groups in his capital city of choice this weekend.
