Please do not filter out internet - I do not believe this will lead to any reduction in children "stumbling" upon unwanted sites, many filters are already available to parents from ISP providers. What about those with no children why should they have to take a performance hit that a blanket filter would produce? if this filter proves successful by any of the govts counts what next? a filter for news sites that don't promote their view? a ban on certain "political" topics we can see where this is heading the model is already in place in China.
