National Broadband Network Company Legislation and Access Regime—Submissions on exposure drafts of legislation
On 24 February 2010 the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, Senator Stephen Conroy, and the then Minister for Finance and Deregulation, Lindsay Tanner MP, issued exposure drafts of legislation to cover the governance and access arrangements for NBN Co Limited. The exposure drafts were released for information and comment by interested parties in advance of the introduction of the Bills into Parliament. The consultation period closed on 15 March 2010 and the submissions received are provided below.
The Department reserved the right not to publish any submission, or part of a submission, which, in its view, contained potentially defamatory material, or where it considered it appropriate to do so for confidentiality or other reasons.
