I live in regional South Australia and I can not imagine an Australia without the ABC- not a better Australia at least!
I fully endorse the conclusions in the discussions paper and encourage the ABC to continue to explore and develop its multi-media future.
Radio national with its wealth of ideas and its pod casts and Local Radio with its news and events from the community I live in, both provide a rich contact with the world. I love the fiercely independent and unbiased reporting.
ABC 1 and 2 provide me with 90% of my television viewing. To have ABC 3- 6 develop dedicated genre packages, would be fabulous.
The ABC is the Australian voice of the world to me.
