I recently wrote a complaint re: what I believed to be inappropriate content for ABC kids and got a sarcastic and very unhelpful reply from Simon Melkman. I would like to see complaints handled in a more sensitive and useful manner. If you would like to review the reply I got from him, feel free to contact me. I will be taking my complaint further.
