This pie chart shows the percentage of television programming for the SBS during the year 2006-07, broken down into percentages by genre. Of the total number of television programming hours, news and current affairs made up 44.6 per cent. The other major contributors to the SBS total programming were documentaries, features and sport. Documentaries made up 15.9 per cent of the total programming. Features were13.6 per cent and sport was 10.4 per cent of the total programming. Drama, entertainment series, comedy, arts, factual, educational, short films/filler, performance/variety and animation formed the remaining 15 per cent of total programming.
