I am concerned about my freedom of choice in respect of the review of TV captioning your department is conducting. I believe I all TV programs should be closed captioned, and every TV set sold should contain a decoder. I do not want to continue being controlled and forced to watch TV, and which programs, only when others dictate. I do want freedom of choice. I trust you will take this into consideration in your deliberations. Yours faithfully, Ian Boucher regards, Ian_Boucher e-mail: iesb@netspace.net.au fax: (03) 9309 3979
